  • James Jones III, CEO

    Jim is Chief Executive Officer of Dynology Corporation, a prominent IT firm headquartered in Tyson's Corner, VA. Serving as Dynology’s Chief Executive, Jim has utilized his proven track record and over 20 years of experience in managing and leading high end technology solutions to successfully place Dynology Corporation among the region’s premier IT firms. With special focus on unique approaches to strategic communications, cyber and virtualization technologies, Jim has overseen more than $50M of highly successful IT efforts within Dynology Corporation and provided these types of services to many organizations within the commercial sector, DoD and other Federal Agencies.

  • Burke Cox, President

    As President, Burke leads all aspects of operations, customer delivery, and strategic growth of Dynology. Burke brings nearly 20 years of progressive experience in every aspect of growing businesses. Prior to joining Dynology, he served as President of Sevatec, where he helped achieve growth of over 400% during his 4.5 year tenure. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Platinum Solutions, where he managed all aspects of growth and corporate strategy. He helped Platinum grow from approximately $18M to $53M in revenue, culminating in a $90M acquisition by SRA.

  • Laura Clark, Chief Financial Officer

    Laura Clark is the Chief Financial Officer for Dynology Corporation and is responsible for corporate financial reporting, planning and analysis, audit, tax, internal controls and business support. Prior to joining Dynology, Laura Clark was the CFO for Team Velocity Marketing, a leading automotive marketing company. In this role, she led the Finance and Human Resource teams, overseeing all financial, contracting and Human Resource activities. Laura brings over 15 years of experience establishing, leading and supporting multiple start-up companies’ Finance and Human Resource departments, preparing them to be integrated into a future holding company.

  • Bill Prugh, Executive Vice President

    Bill Prugh is Executive Vice President of Dynology Corporation, brining over 20 years of Federal Government experience in technology development, implementation, strategy, and leadership. He is an Army veteran from both enlisted and officer ranks who also serves as the SETA lead for the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency (JIDA) Capability Research Analysis Cell (CRAC). In these roles, he coordinates and directs a multi-disciplinary staff and their actions in support of multiple client engagements while providing technical expertise, leadership, and management to JIDA’s Attack the Network Research and Development (R&D) efforts.

  • Matt Walter, Vice President of Contracts

    Matt Walter is the Vice President of Contracts for Dynology Corporation, bringing 25 years of progressive government and commercial contracts management experience. In his capacity at Dynology, Matt oversees and directs all of the firm’s contracting and subcontracting efforts, supports business development and proposal activities, and is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s risk mitigation strategies. Prior to joining Dynology, Matt oversaw and directed all acquisitions and contracting activities within Booz Allen Hamilton’s Global Security market, a $1.2B line of business that supported the nation’s Intelligence Community agencies. Prior to his time at Booz Allen, Mr. Walter also worked at JP Morgan Chase & Company, as well as at Oracle Corporation.

  • David Haas, Vice President of Government Solutions

    David Haas is responsible for ensuring that the critical problems faced by our current and prospective customers are fully addressed by our services and support. He brings 25 years of experience in project management and operations management to the company, with additional experience in IT-based management of change management. In his current position, Mr. Haas manages custoemrs across two dozen federal agencies and the companies that support them. He began his career as an administrator at the University of Maryland, and gaining experience in the management of major financial IT systems implementations for the University, Merrill Lynch, the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Military Healthcare System (MHS), and DoD Business Transformation Agency (BTA).
